Three Services, Each Described Plainly

How We Approach Every Watch That Comes In
Every watch is received, logged, and examined before any work is proposed. We look at the movement where possible, note visible wear on the case and dial, and consider what the watch actually needs rather than what a standard checklist might suggest.
From that assessment, we propose the appropriate service — or explain why a service may not be the right step. Nothing begins without your agreement. The work is then carried out by one craftsperson, who handles the watch from start to finish.
Assess First
No work begins without a clear understanding of the watch's condition
Agree Together
You are quoted and confirm before anything is touched
Work Carefully
One person handles each watch from intake to completion
Verify and Return
Final check and settling period before collection

Standards Shared Across All Services
How Every Watch Is Handled Here
Tagged and Logged
Every watch is tagged on arrival and entered into a job log. Its location in the workshop is tracked throughout the service.
Secure at All Times
Access to the workshop is restricted. No watch is left unattended on an open bench, and secure overnight storage is used without exception.
Communication Throughout
If anything arises during the service that was not anticipated — a worn component, a complication with the dial — we contact you before proceeding.
Correct Lubricants Only
Lubricants are sourced from Swiss suppliers and selected for each movement type. We do not apply a single general oil to all calibres.
Final Check Before Return
No watch is returned without a final visual and functional check. If anything does not meet the expected standard, the work continues until it does.
Replaced Parts Returned
Any part replaced during the work is sealed in a small envelope and returned with the watch. Transparency in what was changed is a standard part of every service here.
