Each of our services is considered separately, priced clearly, and carried out by hand. Nothing is rushed; nothing is recommended beyond what the watch actually needs.

Complete Service Overhaul

A full, hand-worked overhaul for mechanical and automatic timepieces. The movement is disassembled, cleaned, re-oiled, and timed carefully before reassembly. Suited to owners of heritage and everyday watches who would like their piece brought back to good order.

Water-Resistance Restoration

A tidy service for quartz and everyday watches, covering battery renewal, gasket replacement, and a pressure check to restore water resistance. Includes cleaning of the case and caseback, and a gentle polish of the crystal. Replaced parts are kept aside for you to inspect.

Dial & Case Restoration

A gentle restoration for watches carrying the marks of years of wear, covering case refinishing, crystal renewal, and dial tidying in keeping with the piece's character. Well suited to inherited and sentimental watches. Each restoration is discussed with you first, and we recommend only what the watch truly needs.

How do I know if my watch needs an overhaul?

Common signs are a noticeable change in timekeeping — gaining or losing more than usual — or a movement that feels sluggish after winding. Mechanical and automatic watches generally benefit from a full service every five to eight years even if nothing seems wrong, as lubricants dry over time. If you are unsure, bring the piece in and we will have a look at no charge.

How long does a service overhaul take?

A complete service overhaul typically takes two to four weeks. This allows time for disassembly, thorough cleaning, re-oiling, reassembly, and a period of timing observation before the watch is returned. We will give you an estimate when you drop the watch off and keep you informed if anything affects that.

Do you work on all watch brands?

We work on a wide range of mechanical, automatic, and quartz watches — including heritage and vintage pieces, Japanese movements, Swiss movements, and everyday timepieces. If you have a particularly complex or rare calibre, contact us first and we will let you know honestly whether it falls within what we handle here.

What is included in the water-resistance restoration?

The service covers fresh battery fitting, replacement of the crown and caseback gaskets, a pressure test to confirm the seal, cleaning of the case and caseback exterior, and a light polish of the crystal where the surface allows. Replaced parts are set aside and shown to you when you collect.

Will restoration change the look of my watch?

We take care to preserve the character of the watch, especially for pieces with sentimental value. Before any restoration work on the dial or case, we discuss with you what you would like kept, softened, or left entirely as it is. We will not proceed with any step you have not agreed to.

How are the prices structured?

Each service has a clear base price: RM 240 for a complete overhaul, RM 288 for water-resistance restoration, and RM 326 for dial and case restoration. These are quoted to you before work begins. If anything unexpected arises during the work, we will contact you before proceeding with anything additional.
